Large Real Estate firm in Bryan College Station has an opening for a Property Manager. We are seeking someone to support the general operations of our property management department including staff, residents and property owners with our day-to-day operations. The Property Manager is a multifaceted position.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Day-to-day operations, leasing, tenant and owner relations.
Conduct property Inspections as needed.
Maintain owner & tenant accounts, tenant notices, and rent collections.
Developing marketing strategies new tenants and landlords.
Resolve complaints, disturbances and violations by investigating situation.
Compliance and understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
Requirements:
Previous work experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Outstanding conflict resolutions and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional skills in organization and time management.
College degree preferred or equivalent.
Texas Real Estate License required
Compensation based on experience
Performance bonus tied to departmental growth
