Position Overview:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a desire to grow in the real estate industry? Join me as my part-time assistant, where you will support various aspects of my business, from preparing for client meetings to managing marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and grow alongside my expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation:
- Send marketing requests and assist with Canva design work.
- Pull information from online websites.
- Create and organize folders for listing appointments and buyer consultations.
- Marketing Support:
- Send marketing requests and assist with Canva design work.
- Generate content ideas for social media platforms.
- Prepare blog posts and newsletters.
- Manage mailings, including postcards and newsletters.
- Client and Vendor Coordination:
- Pull mailing lists.
- Coordinate with contractors, photographers, attorneys and others.
- Schedule appointments, inspections, and manage closing timelines.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain client information and organize files.
- Event Planning & Errands:
- Plan events
- Handle errands, such as lockbox/sign drop-off and office supply shopping.
- Shop for closing gifts and order promotional SWAG.
