As my business continues to grow, I am looking for a motivated and proactive part-time assistant who shares my commitment to excellence and wants to be a key player in this journey.

Position Overview:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a desire to grow in the real estate industry? Join me as my part-time assistant, where you will support various aspects of my business, from preparing for client meetings to managing marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment and grow alongside my expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation:
  • Send marketing requests and assist with Canva design work.
  • Pull information from online websites.
  • Create and organize folders for listing appointments and buyer consultations.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Send marketing requests and assist with Canva design work.
  • Generate content ideas for social media platforms.
  • Prepare blog posts and newsletters.
  • Manage mailings, including postcards and newsletters.
  • Client and Vendor Coordination:
  • Pull mailing lists.
  • Coordinate with contractors, photographers, attorneys and others.
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and manage closing timelines.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain client information and organize files.
  • Event Planning & Errands:
  • Plan events
  • Handle errands, such as lockbox/sign drop-off and office supply shopping.
  • Shop for closing gifts and order promotional SWAG.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

Schedule:
