As an electrical superintendent, you will oversee the project team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
You will be responsible for enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards on job sites. Your strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, and knowledge of SCWE (Safety Conscious Work Environment) will make you an excellent fit for this role.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years' construction experience with 3 years being in a superintendent/leadership capacity (preferably working on new construction projects). They must be self-starters, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding client policies, procedures, and software programs is essential.
