Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor and manage the overall health of the Amazon account.
- Handle claims, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings and increase sales.
- Monitor account performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with customer service to address and resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on Amazon's policies, best practices, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports on account health and performance to senior management.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon accounts, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
