Full time Creative Director - 1042 A growing Electronics manufacturing company is looking for a full time Creative Director to join their team.Responsibilities Include : Leadership and Vision : Define and maintain high creative standards for the team.Creative Direction : Set guidelines for project direction and final approval of critical projects.Talent Acquisition : Develop processes for recruiting, onboarding, and training creative team members.Team Building : Lead the expansion of the in-house creative division and manage external creative resources.Process Optimization : Establish effective processes to support the evolving creative team.Budget Management : Set and manage project budgets while allocating resources effectively.Collaboration : Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.Operational Excellence : Ensure efficient project management and prioritization.Priority Setting : Determine project priorities and resource allocation standards.First 30-60 Days Objectives : 30 Days : Evaluate the current team and develop a plan for team structure and resource retention. Establish a timeline and budget for backlog clearance.60 Days : Implement clear processes for the team and actively expand the team.
