Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies, ensuring they are effective and appropriate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Conduct regular patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or special needs, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to navigate medical documentation processes.
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques within the context of behavioral health.
