A growing startup psychiatric provider is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive new business, primarily within nursing homes and homecare agencies. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and expanding the provider's client base.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with nursing homes and homecare agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the provider's client base.
  • Conduct outreach, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.

 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or psychiatric sector.
  • Strong understanding of nursing homes and homecare agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales and business development goals.
