An insurance company is seeking a Client Service Specialist to manage policy cancellations, payment processes, and client support . This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can handle billing inquiries, customer interactions, and policy adjustments while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Process and manage policy cancellations , including issuing cease coverage letters.
  • Handle billing inquiries and optimize payment processes.
  • Provide high-level customer service by responding to client concerns and requests.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to policy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction .
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced insurance environment .

Ideal Qualifications :

  • Experience in customer service , preferably within the insurance industry .
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills .
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively .
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented .
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines .
  • Salary : $60k - $70k / Year
