Commercial Lines Account Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct outside sales activities including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and delivering effective solutions.
• Manage the sales administration process, including preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including telemarketing and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes is a plus.
