- Handle the loan process from application to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other referral sources.
- Guide clients through the mortgage loan process, providing information and answering questions.
- Evaluate clients' financial status and determine appropriate loan products.
- Prepare and submit loan applications and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
