This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process, maintaining high standards, and aligning with agency compliance requirements.
Responsibilities Include :
- Recruitment Oversight : Supervise the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficient and accurate application processing to fulfill staffing needs.
- Team Management : Lead and support the recruiting team by monitoring performance, guiding recruitment efforts, and ensuring consistent application follow-up.
- Quality Hiring Focus : Oversee hiring practices to ensure selected candidates meet agency standards and exhibit a strong commitment to home care.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in recruitment workflows to reduce bottlenecks in application processing and onboarding.
- Compliance : Ensure all hiring processes meet regulatory and agency compliance requirements.
- Performance Metrics : Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to management, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
