Responsibilities Include :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the personal lines insurance department.
- Manage the issuance and renewal of personal insurance policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead, mentor, and train the team to ensure high performance and compliance with procedures.
