Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
- Assigning caregivers to open shifts based on availability and patient requirements.
- Processing payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload accurately and on time.
- Addressing and resolving concerns from patients, caregivers, or team members.
- Collaborating with departments such as Human Resources and Intake, and providing translation assistance as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
