Current programs include Head Start, Early Head Start, Great Start Readiness Program, and 21st Century Community Learning Centers. BHK operates in Baraga, Houghton, and Keweenaw Counties in Upper Michigan.

A minimum of a baccalaureate degree is required along with experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management, and administration. The role requires strategic thinking, skilled leadership, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit. Demonstrated business experience in the nonprofit or human service sector preferred. Grant writing/administration and knowledge of Head Start programming is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
