Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing excellent customer service - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and any other requests or concerns - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and empathy, resolving them in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations - Proficient in using computer systems for check-ins, reservations, and other front desk tasks - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication We offer competitive pay rates and provide training for this position.
