Bhojani Law is a boutique law firm based in Irving, Texas, seeking an associate for our growing real estate, corporate and general transactional practice. Bhojani Law offers excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will:
● have experience drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate;
● have experience drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions;
● litigation and estate planning experience is a plus;
● have a minimum of 3-5 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters;
● ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
● work with clients directly with the supervision of senior attorneys;
● have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and academic credentials;
● enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus)
● Identify valuable law firm, title relationships and investment opportunities;
● Responsible for overseeing and accelerating new business growth for the firm by managing, developing and implementing initiatives for our core practice areas by:
Identifying current influencers and referral sources
Developing new referral sources (both inbound and outbound referrals)
Identifying local market opportunities for new business development
Salary is competitive with the market and based on the experience of the candidate.

Required: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and candidate must be in good standing and authorized to practice in the State of Texas.
