Bhojani Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced escrow officer to join our growing title company office in Irving, Texas. We are an established fee attorney office for Alamo Title with a steady demand from trusted clients.
The ideal escrow officer will have significant experience (3 years) handling commercial and residential title work and closings. The candidate will be entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and will possess exceptional organizational skills.
ESCROW OFFICER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee residential and commercial title closings from beginning to end

Supervise the preparation and delivery of all necessary escrow and closing-related documents

Review contract, title commitment, and lender instructions in order to prepare settlement statements and the necessary real estate documents for closing

Submit settlement statement to lender for approval

Prepare the closing file for the disbursement department according to the company disbursement guidelines

Resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education, training, experience:

Bachelor's degree is a plus.

3 years of commercial and residential closing experience

Complete knowledge and ability to handle a commercial and residential real estate transaction from the receipt of the contract through funding and disbursement

Natural attention to detail and ability to organize and execute

High level multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

Familiarity with MS Office

Book of business is a plus
Candidate must have an active Escrow Officer License in Texas.
