What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning Attorney position at Bhojani Law, PLLC?
Bhojani Law is a boutique law firm based in Irving, Texas, seeking an Estate Planning Associate for our growing practice. Bhojani Law offers excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will:
● have experience drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate;
● have experience drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions;
● have a minimum of 3-5 years of Estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters;
● represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning;
● have a minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters is a plus;
● ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
● work with clients directly with the supervision of senior attorneys;
● have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and academic credentials;
● enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus)
● Identify valuable law firm, title relationships and investment opportunities;
● Responsible for overseeing and accelerating new business growth for the firm by managing, developing and implementing initiatives for our core practice areas by:
Identifying current influencers and referral sources
Developing new referral sources (both inbound and outbound referrals)
Identifying local market opportunities for new business development
