Job Description:
Certified Medical Assistant Specialty Clinic
- Responsible to ensure efficient in-office patient flow.
- The Medical Assistant serves as a liaison between the patient and the physician and mid-levels.
- This position is critical to the physician and mid-levels so that they may devote their time directly to the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- The Medical Assistant performs waived laboratory tests, completes illness history and assists with other office functions as necessary. All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.

I. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant program with a current CMA Certification
- BLS
