The Environmental Services Department plays a vital role in ensuring that the hospital remains clean and safe for patients, staff, and visitors.
Job Description:
- The Environmental Services (EVS) & Linen Director I is responsible for providing leadership, direction, vision, and managerial oversight to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
- The position entails leading all operational coordination, setting an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards to achieve national benchmarks, system initiatives, and site-based goals.
- This individual will represent the department by embodying a "Just Cause" culture, driving performance metrics, and working towards standardization as "one system."
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of supervisory experience in support service-related fields with high customer services and/or 3 years of Environmental Services.
