EVS Operating Room Supervisor
Full-Time, Second Shift
Job Description:
- The Environmental Services (EVS) Operating Room Supervisor responsible for the successfully operation of the EVS Surgery Cleaning Team.
- The EVS Supervisor stays current with EVS best practices and promotes an engaged workforce.
- Coordinates daily assignments for shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned according to established guidelines.
- Monitors, and inspects work to ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Works closely with EVS Leadership Team to improve quality and/or address concerns in a timely fashion.
- Outlook, Excel skills, working independently without direct supervision.
- Demonstrates flexibility, initiative, good judgment, ability to prioritize workload, knowledge of internal and external customers, broad knowledge of Department and company policy and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year experience in customer service and/or environmental services
Preferred Requirements:
- Sterile Field Training
- Restorative floor care
