Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Lexington, KY
Under general supervision, the HR Specialist assists with all areas of the Human Resources department. The HR Specialist will support the human resources transactional functions including, but not limited to, licensure/certification tracking, compliance tracking. Provides regular advice, assistance, and follow-up to client departments, employees, and/or members of the public in the application of specified policies, procedures, and inquiries. Develops, expedites, and maintains the house wide new hire orientation. Develops, expedites, and maintains various HR Survey data programs.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
Associates degree required in lieu of degree a combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
One or more years of experience as an HR Specialist or department administrative support role
Very strong skills in MS Office software – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint specifically required.
Workday experience is preferred.
