Job Description:
HVAC Specialist
Part Time, First Shift – 7am-3:30pm
Job Description:
Maintains buildings, repairs and performs preventive maintenance as necessary on equipment. Conducts inspections to meet TJC, OSHA, state and federal regulations.
Job Duties:
- Maintenance and repair task requiring skills that include HVAC.
- Maintenance and repair task requiring skills that include medication storage containers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Tasks performed in accordance with federal, state and local codes and JC requirements.
- Follows Departmental and Hospital Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
- Technical Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience OR Completion of HVAC accredited course-technical/trade school with a minimum of 1 year experience OR Completion of HVAC apprentice program via union. This equates to five years of experience
- Must have refrigeration license
Preferred Requirements:
- HVAC License preferred
