Job Description:
The Manager of Behavioral Health Services ensures workflow/process related to patient care in 4 key areas: case management/discharge, utilization review/insurance, therapeutic services including therapy sessions/groups/psych education, and oversee the daily functions of Partial/Intensive Outpatient Programming.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Social Work required with LCSW.
A minimum of two years leadership experience with knowledge of utilization review, discharge planning and case management required.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health social work desired.
