Manager, Case Management
Full-time, Days
Job Requirements:
- The Case Management Manager helps facilitate the management of the case management and admission coordination departments in collaboration with Department Director.
- The Manager oversees a staff of RN’s and social workers responsible for patient care coordination and patient flow.
- Implements the developed case management programs including utilization review and intake or discharge planning.
- The Manager helps facilitate the management of the area through the direction of human and physical resources adjusting the daily operations to meet the changing needs/environment of the departments.
- The Manager strives for excellence in patient care and patient care delivery by building a collaborative work environment among all staff and departments.
- The Manager supports an environment of healing and wellness and is an exemplar for compassion, acceptance, respect, and empathy. May cover cases as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Ky RN license
- Three years’ experience in acute care
- Must obtain ANCC, CCM, ACM-RN within 2 years
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Case management certification (ANCC, CCM, ACM-RN
