Job Description:

Part-time

To provide pleasant and efficient incoming communication and outgoing communication for internal and external customers.

JOB DUTIES -

• Answer phones promptly and transfers to correct department
• Perform overhead pages in a clear concise manner.
• Page emergency codes/alerts in a clear and calm manner while communicating with hospital supervisors and physicians while following proper guidelines
• Responsible for notifying the “on call” staff members for all designated departments.
• Maintain the emergency cell phones for the hospital

REQUIRMENTS

• High school diploma.
