First Shift- Inpatient

Description:

• Evaluate and treat patients by developing a treatment plan and setting goals for

• Provides patient and family education and provides home exercise program tailored to the patient's needs

• Complete documentation and billing according to applicable national and state regulations as well as hospital and departmental policies

• Assist with the education of affiliating students, department staff, hospital staff, and the community at large.

• Delegate to and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians

• Participate in departmental operational plan

• Intervene appropriately and meet the needs of the patients with impaired mental abilities, vision, hearing or mobility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy

• Current License by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy

• Must work one (1) weekend (Sat/Sun) per month
