Job Description:
- The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) PRN is responsible for identifying, assessing, and treating patients with cognitive-communication and/or swallowing disorders on an as needed basis.
- The SLP also provides counseling/ education to patients, caregivers, and staff regarding cognitive-communication and/ or swallowing disorders.
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree, Speech Language Pathology
- One Year job related experience
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Current and valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Kentucky or eligibile
- Maintain Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA )
- BLS
