The Project Manager is responsible for managing all phases of a construction project, coordinating the project team and maintaining the project budget. Such duties may include: coordinating subcontractors, direct supervision of superintendents, maintaining current construction documents, overseeing project closeout, coordinating project schedule, performing customer relations activities, performing any other assignments as directed by VP Operations. Preferred applicants will have a college degree and 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry. Physical demands require lifting up to 50lbs and adequate vision.
