Personal Injury Litigation Associate / Attorney
The ideal candidate will manage personal injury (Motor Vehicle Accident, Premises Negligence) litigation and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.
Duties / responsibilities :
1. Investigate and evaluate personal injury cases,
2. Legal research, and prepare memo, brief etc.
3. Draft pleading, discovery demand and responses, motions, and brief,
4. Appear before courts and represent clients, regarding client’s claims
5. Defend or take deposition,
6. Conferred with Experts, and prepare for trial
7. Negotiate and settle claims or action
Qualification :
- License to practice law in New York.
- Able to use computer software, word, Adobe, outlook, remote working environment, TEAM Meeting, other similar technology etc.,
- Able to perform all work beginning to trial of the case,
- Excellent writing skill and
- Able to work independently and coordinate and work with other team members.
- Personal injury litigation experience 2-5 years as an attorney is preferred.
