DUI Administrative Assistant
Bi-Bett Corporation, a California non-profit engaged for the past 50 years in the treatment and recovery of adults with primary substance use and co-occurring disorders alcohol or other drug problems. Originally based in Contra Costa County, Bi-Bett now operates residential and outpatient programs in Alameda and Solano Counties, as well as Recovery Residences.
The Bi-Bett Mission: To provide effective and affordable human services to individuals, families and communities with alcohol and drug related problems in the belief that everyone has value and can grow through change if given ones rightful opportunity to choose. Our goal is to create culturally appropriate alcohol and drug-free environments in which one may experience personal and social growth.
Duties
- Attend mandatory staff meetings.
- Process all incoming court papers/referrals.
- Audit Client files.
- Answer phones, faxes and email as required.
- Daily data entry, extraction, and attendance on all clients.
- Maintain all correspondence.
- Maintain class rosters.
- Assign Intake appointments.
- Inputting DMV Terminations, Completions, and Certifications
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bilingual speaking candidate highly encouraged to apply.
- Good organizational skills including timely filing of paperwork.
- Computer and phone skills a must.
- Must be Culturally competent.
- Understanding of recovery terminology.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Medical clearance.
- Experience with ADM Software a plus!
This is a non-exempt full-time, benefited position.
Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
