- Location : Wilmington, NC
- Role : Support the proposal and estimating teams in the preparation of competitive proposals
- Responsibilities : Prepare responses to questionnaires, manage proposal production, handle vendor setup / registration, manage documentation, assist in administrative tasks, ensure timely submission of proposals, implement company practices in tendering, support departmental audits
- Qualifications : Degree in marketing or administration, 5-8 years experience in administrative tasks, experience in a coordination role in sales, proficiency in Microsoft office, excellent communication skills
- Desired Characteristics : Excellent communication skills, flexibility in work hours, capacity to work under pressure, ability to handle pressure positively.
