We are currently seeking a Part Time Middle School Tennis Coach for Spring 2025 season beginning March 17. 2025 and ending May 21, 2025.

Responsibilities Include :

Organize and lead practices to help improve athlete’s fundamental skills, form and stamina.

Maintain rosters and team records.

Mentor players to develop sportsmanship and respect for the game.

Coach all scheduled matches and motivate the student athletes, consistent with the school’s athletic philosophy.

Be aware of safety conditions.

Adhere to the school’s mission and abide by the coaching expectations.

Communicate as needed with the Athletic Director.

Requirements :

Must have prior experience playing / coaching tennis

Must provide references and pass a background check; First Aid / CPR certified a plus.

Must have a High School diploma or GED and holding or pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Time Commitment :

1 practice a week. 1.5 hours per practice, 1-2 matches a week

Coaching commitment / Availability is Monday through Thursday from 4 : 00-6 : 00 p.m, Friday’s 1 : 15-3 : 15. Matches are scheduled on those days at 3 : 45 averaging once a week. There are no weekend commitments.

Compensation :

This is a stipend position based on experience.
