Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Patient Care Coordinator located in St Louis, MO. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, needs assessment, caregiver supervision & detail, care coordination, and training. This is a supervisory position, requiring frequent travel and good phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination skills
- Phone Etiquette and Patient Care Skills
- Basic Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Basic Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in the healthcare or caregiving field is a plus
- Social Work or Home Care background is preferable
- Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
- Bosnian Speakers are especially needed at this time
