Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team and is committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (will train the right person), pallet jacks, and hand trucks to facilitate the movement of goods.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Execute order fulfillment processes by picking and packing products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management practices preferred but will train the right person.
- Experience operating forklifts preferred but will train the right person.
- Ability to efficiently pick and pack orders with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to work well within a team environment.

- Ability to drive a 28' box truck is a plus but not a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
