To provide the highest-level administrative support to the department personnel, regarding department processes, including working independently on highly complex, special assignments. This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of complex administrative activities in support of functional areas.
- Provides administrative support to individuals as needed.
- Collects, communicates, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
- Compiles, reviews, and analyzes complex data.
- Uses software within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
- Designs processes to enhance workflow.
- Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
- Works with other members of the team to help resolve complex.
- Utilizes extensive knowledge in a variety of areas to provide an advanced level of administrative support to one or more individuals within a specified department(s)
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience.
- Business School certification or Associates degree.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and data entry experience.
- Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, problem-solving and problem resolution as well as attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Satisfactory performance record.
- Demonstrates acceptable level of performance for all Coordinator V competencies as defined in the Career Pathway criteria
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
