The Role
As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, aligning our teams with strategic goals, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational performance across all hotel properties
• Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs to support growth
• Collaborate closely with the regional managers and directors to drive strategic initiatives
• Mentor and support general managers and on-site leadership
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency
• Evaluate opportunities for expansion and integration of new properties
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation

Qualifications

• 10 years of senior operations leadership in hospitality (multi-property experience preferred)
• Proven ability to scale teams and systems in a growth-stage environment
• Financial acumen with a deep understanding of hotel P&L and performance metrics
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach—comfortable in both boardrooms and back offices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
