As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, aligning our teams with strategic goals, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational performance across all hotel properties
- Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and SOPs to support growth
- Collaborate closely with the regional managers and directors to drive strategic initiatives
- Mentor and support general managers and on-site leadership
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency
- Evaluate opportunities for expansion and integration of new properties
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation
Qualifications
- 10 years of senior operations leadership in hospitality (multi-property experience preferred)
- Proven ability to scale teams and systems in a growth-stage environment
- Financial acumen with a deep understanding of hotel P&L and performance metrics
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach—comfortable in both boardrooms and back offices
