Responsibilities :
Performing physical exams and patient care in the scope of an Internal Medicine / Family Practice office setting.
Recording patient's medications, vital signs, medical histories and symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of both acute and chronic medical conditions. (Ages : 18 )
Lab / Test results order management and review / recommendations.
Remote patient monitoring.
Qualifications :
Experienced / credentialed provider with board certification and BLS / ACLS certification.
Licensed in the state of Missouri.
Looking for a medical professional who is confident, self-motivated / self-starter, dependable / reliable, and able to work independently without direct supervision on a regular basis.
