What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Cycle Assessment Fall Co-Op position at BI USA?
Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Fall CO-OP student to join our Sustainable Development for Generations (SD4G) department in Duluth, Georgia. As a CO-OP student, you will provide program management support as we work to implement the 2030/35 Sustainable Development Roadmap. Specifically, this position will assume project leadership duties for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to define the data collection process, data storage, prioritization, stakeholder identification and communication, and project timelines. The CO-OP student will have core responsibility to deliver a playbook to improve data collection to ensure consistency in meeting defined timelines for Life Cycle Assessments and define the process flow on how to manage the LCAs results, including repository, actions, and key performance indicators.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with the SD4G program/project leads to:
- Develop and manage a project plan to include data collection, prioritization, and storage
- Meet and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on program goals
- Deliver a playbook to improve data collection processes
- Process flow to manage the LCA’s results, including the repository, actions and key performance indicators
Requirements
- Must be a current undergraduate, graduate, or advanced degree student in good academic standing
- Student must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of the CO-OP
- Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred
- Major or minor in related field
- e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Product/Packaging design
- Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university
- Graduate and advanced degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university
- Experience or relevant courses in sustainability

Compensation Data
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
