We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.
Our Recognition Solutions Department is seeking to fill a Design Manager position on the Traditional Recognition team. The Design Manager is responsible for sourcing, recommending and selling awards and merchandise solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities of this position :
- Partner with internal and external customers to determine appropriate awards and merchandise for their recognition programs.
- Collaborate and negotiate with our vendors to source symbolic and merchandise awards, incentives and premiums.
- Prepare written proposals with creative solutions, timelines, and pricing.
- Work closely with the project team to present and sell the proposed solutions to our clients.
- Seek out and apply industry trends and technology to client solutions, proposals and presentations.
- Effectively manage multiple ongoing and new projects.
- Work well in a process-oriented, team-based environment.
Required experience & education :
Base Salary Range : $70K to $75K. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
