We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Salesforce Program Manager to lead and manage Salesforce-related initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex, cross-functional Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing resources, and driving overall success of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, Salesforce implementations, and leading large-scale projects within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce-related programs and projects. Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with business units, IT, operations, and third-party vendors to drive the successful execution of Salesforce initiatives. Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business users, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Salesforce Implementation & Optimization:
Oversee the implementation of new Salesforce features, customizations, and integrations. Ensure the system is optimized for scalability, performance, and user adoption. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in the Salesforce platform.
Resource & Budget Management:
Manage program resources, timelines, and budgets. Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and external vendors. Identify and mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of Salesforce initiatives. Present project progress, key milestones, and potential issues. Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the lifecycle of the program.
Change Management & Training:
Lead change management efforts for Salesforce projects, including user training, documentation, and support. Drive adoption and ensure smooth transitions when new features or processes are introduced.
Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
Identify and resolve any potential issues or risks to the program’s success. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges. Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet organizational quality standards.
Performance Metrics & KPIs:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Salesforce programs. Use data and analytics to drive decisions and optimize future Salesforce initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale Salesforce programs or projects.
- Proven track record in Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or custom applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and functionalities.
- Previous experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Salesforce project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data management, reporting, and analytics.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar program management certification (Preferred).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
