This role offers the opportunity to learn the business, working with both buyers and sellers while sharpening your skills in all aspects of real estate. Our team offers room to move up quickly while learning the fundamentals of real estate sales in NYC.

Compensation : 60,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities :

• Assist with property showings and open houses
• Support both buyer and listing agents with day-to-day tasks
• Learn the ins and outs of negotiations, contracts, and client management
• Gain experience in marketing, lead generation and conversion, and transaction coordination
• Interface directly with clients
• Convert leads provided by the team
