Bianca is a new full-service lunch and dinner restaurant in The Street Mall, located at 47 Boylston Street in Chestnut Hill. Bianca is now hiring full and part time AM Line Cooks. Previous kitchen experience required.
Founded and owned by James Beard Award Winning Chef Tim Cushman and certified advanced sake professional Nancy Cushman, this new restaurant will join Cushman Concepts portfolio of restaurants with world class, unique hospitality experiences including o ya and Hojoko Japanese Tavern. Bianca reinvents what a neighborhood restaurant means and provides an escape for guests to dine in the restaurant, enjoy drinks at the large bar area or take out from the special take out menu. The space is laid back but still thoughtful and timeless — a dining destination for the Greater Boston Area.
