Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team at Bianca. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and pastry preparation, a keen eye for detail, and a love for creating delicious treats. This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies, bread, and other baked goods following established recipes.

Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all products.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.

Monitor inventory levels

Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and customer demand.

Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a pastry cook, baker, or in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and pastry preparation.

Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Culinary degree or certification in baking/pastry arts is a plus but not required.
