Full-Time (40 hours per 5-day work week, including Saturdays) position with a set, predictable schedule. Candidates must be dependable and trustworthy, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience preferred, but not required. Training is available for individuals of high integrity who possess the drive to be the best and have a passion for customer service. Pay-to-Train Programs include extensive factory and automotive dealership product and sales training. The ideal candidate works in a professional yet friendly manner and is proficient in verbal and written communication.
Job Description
Sales & Leasing Consultants demonstrate brand product knowledge (such as model and trim offerings), and general automotive knowledge for our customers.
In this position, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers in the purchase or lease of vehicles, including preparing documentation for deal processing.
- Educating customers on services and offerings in the dealership.
- Maintaining customer relationships through phone, email, and service visit follow-ups
- Meeting sales goals and objectives on a monthly basis.
- Other duties, as assigned by the General Sales Manager.
