Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products while maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in route driving and warehouse operations, along with a passion for the beverage industry.
Duties
- Operate delivery vehicle to transport beer products to various locations.
- Load and unload products using a hand truck.
- Lift 50 pounds regularly, and stack 160 pound kegs occasionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients upon delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and delivery areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle, and keep maintenance appointments.
- Clean and maintain draught lines (training available).
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with management.
- Help Brewers on the canning line.
- Clean Kegs.
- Complete brewery cleaning tasks as assigned.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and forklifts is helpful.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required; experience as a van driver or courier is beneficial.
