What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powersports Porter position at Bibbens Sales and Service?
Manage the warehouse and storage environment to our high standards. This includes protecting against theft, safely storing units to protect from damage.
- Work with the service and parts departments to fulfill customer orders when attached to a sales unit.
- Properly schedule the day to assist the technicians to increase efficiency by pulling units and parts before they are needed
- Complete a daily walk of the yard and ensure all units are stored or locked as needed to minimize theft.
- Assist as needed with event load in and load out as requested. This includes after hours events.
- Proactively work to maximize the efficiency and organization of the department
- Cleaning of the warehouse, setup area, storage areas, and parking areas.
- Assist the service team as needed with taking out trash, organization and general clean up.
Ability to operate a fork lift, certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
