Position Summary:
To ensure functionality and safety for Bibibop facilities to maximize efficiency.
Accountabilities:
- Support Bibibop stores with repair or maintenance questions and requests.
- Utilize and manage Open Wrench (Facility Maintenance Platform) to ensure efficiency with the Maintenance.
- Maintain restaurant equipment, troubleshoot and repair as required. Replace worn or damaged parts.
- Manage trades as needed for larger repairs, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Painting, etc.
- Manage external service providers to ensure scheduled maintenance is performed.
- Assist in data analysis for company-wide projects.
- Visit stores for troubleshooting equipment
- Assist with delivery of equipment and supplies as needed to specific locations.
- Attend new store openings as a corporate support member; cross train to learn store operations and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- 6 months experience working in a quick-service restaurant, preferably in Bibibop
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Competent knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance environment
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for regular travel to stores
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
