Bibibop Asian Grill is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Leadership Position to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food service team, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and empowerment, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of food service experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. They must also be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 30 lbs.
