Team Leader
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to oversee the service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
As a service leader, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, running customer facing processes, and maintaining high standards of food service.
Duties :
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant activities, including customer service and front of house operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff members on proper food handling procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register reconciliation and deposits.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and increasing sales.
- Ability to properly lift, pull, and / or push up to 50 lbs.
Experience :
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food industry or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and techniques
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
Skills :
